			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Bruce is our Praise Team director, leading music for our 8:30 contemporary service. Bruce is an accomplished musician with three decades of experience playing guitar and singing in various bands. He also plays keyboards, bass, and drums. Under Bruce&#8217;s leadership, the music is always fresh and relevant, and leads the worshipers to the throne of grace.</p>
<p>Bruce and his family moved to Clayton in 2001 and currently works for the State of Delaware as a transportation planner. Bruce enjoys spending time with his wife Christine and his three children Jane, Kraay, and Kieran. In addition to helping out with church activities at Ewell’s St Paul, the Allen family also enjoys going to the beach each summer, writing stories, and ice skating.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Chris has been a member of Ewell’s-St. Paul since 1991 and has been serving as the custodian since 2002. Chris makes sure our church is clean and welcoming to all who come through our doors throughout the week – whether for worship, AA meetings, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, GriefShare ministry, Bible Study, or for our Personal Items Closet.</p>
<p>Chris also is one of the nursery monitors for the Sunday School hour and the 11:00 am worship service.  In addition, she is one of our youth leaders and teaches Sunday School. She devotes most of her time to her family which includes her husband Dave, daughter Katie and her husband Xavier, daughter Jamie and her boyfriend Rob, and son David. Her grandchildren Kylie and Ryan are the love of her life and she enjoys bringing them to church to learn about Jesus!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Joe joined our Youth Ministry Team in January of 2012.   He comes to us with over four years of experience in youth ministry at his home church prior to his relocation to Delaware.  Joe’s walk with Christ started on June 15, 1995, and he was ordained as a deacon in his home church on May 25, 2008.   Joe states that God is this most important thing in his life and wouldn’t change that for anything. His family consists of his wife Dominique, his sons Jalen (nine years old) and Kristian (three years old), and his mother Mattie.  He thanks God for his family in Christ!</p>
